01. Site Visit & Concept
Transfer the deposit to reserve a project slot. There will be a travel fee of 2,000 Baht. (If the customer agrees to sign a contract with us, we will refund the 2,000 Baht travel fee in the first payment of the contract.) The 2,000 Baht travel fee will cover the on-site measurement of the customer’s project area, and we will discuss the concept of the project (this may take about 1 hour).
02. Mood & Tone
After the customer signs the contract, we will schedule another meeting within 7 days to present the Mood and Tone for the room (after the customer approves).
03. 3D Design
We will create a 3D design, which will take approximately 1 month. (We will allow 3 free revisions based on customer feedback.) The 3 free revisions are provided after the customer approves the design.
04. Construction Docs
We will send the design along with the construction material board and the BOQ quotation.
Payment Schedule
30% upon signing the contract
40% after approving the 3D image
30% after sending the final design, construction BOQ, and material board.
Design Fees
The company charges 1,500 Baht per square meter. The design fee includes the following services:
- Creation of system layout plans
- Perspective images
- Construction design
- Selection of loose furniture
- Lighting design
- Site inspection by the contractor
